Each barbecue smoker created by Dancing Pig Smokers is created on an individual basis, in order to ensure proper care and attention to detail. All materials are purchased locally, assuring quality of metal. In addition to a well-crafted design, every smoker is guaranteed to have the following:
-All metal is 3/16th plate steel
–Constructed with brand new trailers (with titles)
–Painted with 2 coats of high heat black paint
–Each smoker is seasoned with a slow burn-in
–Temperature gauge and lid clamps
–Equipped with a firewood basket mounted on the trailer (with a complimentary supply of hickory/white oak wood)
–Created with an intuitive reverse flow design, allowing for complete heat dissipation both under and over meat
